Shipping Information and Rates
Zerotime Engraving ships to postal addresses within the United States of America and to all US territories. Packages are shipped via Priority Mail, or First Class Mail, with a delivery confirmation ID (Tracking Number). Once an item has shipped the normal delivery time is 2 to 5 business days. If the item is in stock it will be shipped within 48 business hours. Some items are not stock items and need to be engraved at the time of purchase. Lead times on engraved purchases are 7 to 10 business days. Items that need engraving at purchase, and require extra lead times, will be noted on the item’s listing.

Item Return Policy
If an item arrives damaged it will be replaced. There is a 30 day return policy on every purchase. If you are unhappy with a purchase for any reason then return it and receive a refund minus your return shipping. Commissioned and custom designed work cannot be returned.
